Nasdaq has listing and governance requirements similar to the NYSE. For example, a stock must maintain a $4 minimum price. If a company does not maintain these requirements, it can be delisted to one of the OTC markets.....So did I understand correctly,PRPM aspires to be listed on NASDAQ?
