AMEX listing standards:

The AMEX standards have been revised recently, sometime within the last few months.

Previously Standard #3 didn't require a minimum price; but did require the $4M shareholder equity.

I look at OTC CEO's talking about a listing, like guys talking about sex....those who talk about it the most, get it the least :)
