So, the stock can "only" go up with an R/S? I don't believe so. I don't want 1000 shares left that are worth 25 cents a piece. Most of us are screwed with an R/S, except maybe those who have enough shares to buy the entire company. And there's also no guarantee we go up even after an R/S.

This company can gain spotlight when they have substantial news to release and they release it for a lot of eyes to see. With momentum will come buying pressure and upwards movement of PPS. "Filing" news and things of that nature won't bring this stock upwards.
