Dear investor,
We thank you for your interest in PMRS.

First I want to make it clear that the CEO DID not make that statement. I’m not saying what industry we are or are not in…but that statement about Michigan was a fake.

Now, for your protection, at this time we are not answering investor questions because there is so much that is not yet public information. However, The following is correct, current and factual:
1 - Capital structure as it shows currently on OTCMarkets.com is correct
2 - Emmanuel Gyamfi is the CEO
3 - Nevada state filing is current and paid for the year
4 - There are no plans currently to do a reverse split, even though the outstanding is large. Instead we plan to use other means of reducing the outstanding shares.
5 - We have not yet, nor do we have intention of issuing large amounts of shares, except if 100% necessary for general housekeeping within the company.
6 - We do not need large funding. We will be getting what small funding we need from individual investors in the form of a loan.
7 - We are working on our disclosures to become current with OTCMarkets as soon as we can.

Anything else I really cannot say until it is released publicly. We ask that you please refrain from emailing individual questions or phone calls for now, and instead watch for press releases and disclosure documents to be made public.
