Many either intentionally deny or fail to comprehend from a business perspective how exceptional the trademark AppFlix is and how lucky MRNJ has been to be granted that trademark and prevail after a challenge to it by CBS Showtime. It takes a couple years to be granted a trademark after filing an application for it to the U.S. Trademark and Patent Office, and then it was delayed 4-6 months due to the challenge. I think it was a GREAT achievement by MRNJ to set that up when they did, and the trademark has unknown intrinsic value, any savvy business person would admit. Who has a better trademark name in the app/digital niche? AppFlix is very simple and yet very self-explanatory. It should be very active, in my opinion, when it is launched after the company uses its refined PUSH technology to push it on their newly released Blink social media app AND using their successful client apps with PUSH, too; do not forget the hundreds of thousands of contacts accumulated in their PUSH-Ready file, that too, is an accumulative asset in this regard.
