What the average taxpayer doesn't know is that F&F never needed a bailout to begin with. In 2008 when Paulson and Lockhart reassured investors that F&F were well capitalized in part I believe because assets exceeded their liabilities. There were other options available other than conservatorship.

What they also don't know is the concerted effort and backdoor shenanigans by big banks and pawn politicians to destroy F&F in order for big banks to gain control of the $11 T mortgage market.

B of A is now proudly announcing a dividend for their shareholders.
Good for them, although B of A is quite guilty for their roll in the crises and yet carry on with impunity. I want my dividend. We've done a hell of a lot more to support and resuscitate the economy than shareholders of B of A. Our support has saved our Treasury from adding trillions to the national debt. This shareholder abuse is beyond any reasonable conscience. This is testimony to just how valuable us common shareholder are. Anyone with a scintilla of insight can see this. I pray our judges have strength and willpower to uphold our constitution and the laws created to protect it.
