$3 million finance question / website update:

I can't for the life of me find where I originally read about the $3 million offshore investment for 740,000,000 shares priced at $0.00405... can anyone link me? I could not find it in the quarterly report or PRs. Thanks.

Also, I believe I saw some people linking Charlottesoil.com with the Futuremarijuana.com portfolio. I talked to "William" at the phone number listed on the website. William is the one who actually sold the domains to Green Cures. At the bottom of the page it has links to CBDColorado.com and ColoradoCBDoil.com . There is actually no connection between William's site Charlottesoil.com and the FutureMarijuana.com portfolio. He simply has not removed the links or updated his email since he sold the portfolio. William has no idea what business model Green Cures is getting into, but we talked at great length about how much potential CBDs hold.
