You can't rule anything out but SEC reserves only go through last December 31 so there's every reason to believe that they would have or could have been completed weeks or more ago. I don't doubt at all that they are talking with prospective partners but its time for the company to let the markets know what direction this company is going before the share price suffers. JMHO
