I agree. Paints are generally considered end-of-day transactions.

From a technical pov an uptick with increased volume has significance, while this close really signifies nothing. I could even see a point if the trade made a new high for the past few weeks or something (a higher high), but we hit 0.0152 earlier this week, so it does not matter there too.

So my inference here, is that this showed there was no real momentum in either direction (buy or sell) after the two trades in the afternoon. That's about it. No sinister plans to fool people into buying.
