If previous timing is anything to go by, we should expect some news on their progress towards the 1.3 volt milestone. It should be noted that if they acheive 1.3v then they would have acheived the. theoretical volatge required to spilt the h20 molecule.
This may therefore explain the why the sp is at where it is. HYSR ahave already acheived 1.2 volts and they only need to acheive 1.23 volts (point 3 of a volt more) to get to the theoretical voltage for spiliying hydrogen.
