Since this development comes just days after the new capital funding agreement, it appears the 8 cent share price isn't a concern or an obstacle for the fund to purchase shares, but the obstacle was the lack of funding going forward. Since that obstacle has been removed, I wonder if other mutual funds will be buying AMBS shares as well.

Might be a good time to start holding one's shares for the long haul, instead of continuing the flipping strategy of the last year. Sorry, I forgot... that advice is only good if someone has any shares left to hold, right Sol?
