He posted 6 PR's about financials coming end of year 2012, then Jan 1st 2013. Nothing. Jan 2nd, he said its taking longer than anticipated. Still Jan 15th I think he posted like the dilution mess of 2011 to jan 2012. Then he said more are coming. a few qtr.'s later well after I was out, he increased shares, and still no financials, just the same PR. We are profitable, we did it, financials coming to prove it. few qtrs. later R/S.
