What you are saying is very vague and no basis. Simply because if short term PPS hits .25 say and it holds near there then company would have to dilute less shares for whatever it is they would need to dilute for. So therefore the share structure would stay low because the PPS would be higher. I am not saying the company will do any of that I am just playing against your word play.
