So wait...am i missing something? Does every company disclose the fact that they are being "promoted", because if that is the case then there are a ton of companies that get PUMPED and DUMPED and no one cares. Hell, look at PLUG. they have had various P&D's push their PPS from Sub $1 all the way up to a recent high of $11.72, only to fall down to a low $5.32 yesterday. The CEO was even on CNBC and asked about the stock increase of over 6000% in a little over a year (check dates of feb 2013 to the high of mar 2014). Did he disclose the P&D? No! One is acceptable, but not the other? Seems to be....
Its truly sad that a company which has a product that can truly benefit the masses, one which the FDA seen something with enough benefit / promise to approve them for the Special Protocol Assessment due to the DFS, is getting overshadowed by using services that other companies use for the same reasons. Hypocritical...very hypocritical.
