Glad to see a lawsuit might be pending. Of course Left said its worth $.50 per share when he has such a huge short interest in PLUG. Why else would he elude to false earning, weak performance and past information to formulate his view.
This guy should go down the same way someone goes to jail for yelling fire in a theater. He caused a panic sell off that had no bases but to line his pockets.

Take him to task!
