So I haven't posted here before, but i thought i would share some info. Or lack there of.
I have done a number of searches for Nola Energy in Duval County, TX and came up empty. No such company is in operation, nor has any recent drilling permits.
I checked the limited "news" websites this was reported on and found they are nothing more than made up sites that are made to look like small town media stations. The websites all run and managed by the same LLC.
Now just so you know I have worked with government (county and state) for over a decade and have used all I know to find a trace of this company and it is simply not a register company. There is no current business license for Nola Energy and once again, there is no permits allowing any drilling by this "company".
For the sake of what I have invested, which isn't much, I hope some of you can find a history for this Nola Energy LLC.
I felt it important to share this information.
