Effingham County IDA meeting on March 20th where studioplex revised master plan is due. March 17th OS expected to raise but CEO is converting 660k in debt to equity at 6.4c per share of common stock same class as ours. 10k on the way to see Atlas assets and revenues from recent acquisition. Check it out, I believe it is a great long term play.
