I've had additional discussions with the attorney. I intend to form an ad hoc equity committee to pursue protecting our interest. I can't do this by myself. I'm asking all concerned shareholders to contribute one/tenth of a penny per share owned toward this cause with the objective of appealing to the court for reimbursement. I cant discuss our courses of action on this board. We will establish a private forum for this.

I can tell that certain people are concerned that Mr. Glassman is involved. In fact he's already been approached to represent the creditors committee. He declined. I can't guarantee anybody anything but that we will be represented well.

1/10th of a cent per share X 20 mill shares will get us started. Otherwise we stay in the dark and probably lose. I'm relatively confident that we can get an examiner appointed by the court and the subsequent investigation should prove that we are far from insolvent and as shareholders have been inadequately represented. And with financials in hand perhaps a deal to keep the company intact can be made. A large infusion is going to be necessary in any event.

I would prefer to dilute than liquidate.

Additionally, I need six shareholders to sit with me on the committee. All meeting will be held telephonically.

Please email me at chokingdog@hotmail.com We need to move fast on this.

Don't let jerkjohnson convince you it's over. It's not!!! We need to be represented even if it's sold off. If there are proceeds in excess of the debt the equity committe will be the only one left.
