Unlike a lot of us, MM's are in the business to buy low and sell high. Everytime I see MM's aggressively loading like this, the ticker EXPLODES shortly thereafter. There is no exception. It happens everytime. That's why when I see MM's loading, I load. When I see MM's selling, I sell. When all else fails, follow what the MM's are doing and you'll be just fine.
