To reject signing the PSC because they have....

some questions about the JOA's is absurd!....the JOA's are internal agreement between the parties doing the exploration.

STP does not have the grounds to object to the JOA's framework...its none of their business.

Time to file law suits against STP....OR THEY SETTLE THIS QUICKLY!
