Alarm Force does not fit the licensee description.
It does not operate worldwide, and it doesn't buy security systems.

REVO issued a PR to announce the signing of a licensing agreement.

the Licensee, a company that buys and markets security systems and other technologies, has signed a multi-year definitive worldwide licensing agreement for them to commercialize REVO's patented "EyeTalk Communicator System."

That description doesn't fit Alarm Force, Google, Microsoft or any of the tech companies that have been the subject of speculation.

Alarm Force is a Canadian company, with some reach in the USA, that makes and markets its own products. It describes itself as follows:

We are leaders in home security, two-way emergency response systems and video surveillance. We provide service across Canada and a growing number of American cities.

Unlike many of our competitors, we take full control of our products, installation, and monitoring. We design and manufacture our products
