It will be interesting to see how the new acquisition plays into new revenues down the road

The existing facilities are certified for solid waste disposal. But Say they charge on the lower end of the spectrum to dispose of oil related fluid waste at $100/m3 vs $180-$200 for solids

A m3 of fluid is about 8.4 barrels (US). Typical waste processing capacity for a small facility based on my research - found it to be at about 150000 to 250000 barrels a yr long term

150000 barrels equates to about 17850 m3 of waste on the lower end of the utilization.

That in itself is over $1.7 million dollars in yearly revenue just from one fully functional facility (call me out if my math is way off - don't be shy) - not considering implementing ultrasonic cavitation ,not considering the possible lithium brine separation etc at the moment as we are in the testing phase .. This would be significant revenues for a company with just 8 to 9 million dollars in market cap as it stands today

Add to the mix the possibility of extracting lithium brine, it is no wonder the stock popped well over 200% early march - still considerably higher than where it was early feb

I encourage doing your own Research - put your money to work

Good luck!
