There's no way Elite is footing the bill for a valuation from a firm like McKinsey. They instead used that money to put into their production capacity. Seeing the return on capital has moved from negative to 13% in 2013 they aren't pissing it away to get a valuation that is only useful when brokering a large deal. Whatever valuation they had done will be rolled into the proceeds of a large deal. Certainly someone wants to see how high this stock can be in order to uplist to the NASDAQ.
