If you would have dug a little deeper you would see that all the reverse splits happened under different companys . This stock has reverse mergered ( like most penny stocks )6 times since the year 2000. It was Tiberon resourses til 8 /2000. Then it became epromo.com until 05-2007. The first reverse split was -5-23-07.I`m not sure if it was still epromo.The next company that took over this stock was Asia pacific entertainmentin until 01-2009.. They reverse split on 11-05-2008.Then access beverage took over the stock for 9 months and reverse split on 6/15/2009.Then it was unity auto parts til 1/2010.On 1/12/2010 there was a 20 for 1 increase I`m guessing under the company Unity management group who lasted til 3/2013 but not before they reverse split on 1/30/2013 at a whopping 1 for 2233! So you see Petrotech oil and gas has never reverse split. Go PTOG !
