Thats ridiculous. At least at this time. If we can trade 4x earnings that will put us back into play in the low end teens. That is realistic by years end or end of summer. Your valuation is equivalent to COUP evaluation. Overvalued. We are at a value BUY. Looking for undervalued is hard and this is one. But $35 is hefty.
