Hi ive been asking this question on ae*y with no response maybe since your IT you can clarify:

the ssl is valid and on the server hosting pharmajanes. however why is it not configured correctly!? very basic stuff for the guy who created weedmaps.com wouldn't you say?

if it was installed correctly on the customer login would have a padlock. Next time you guys email him tell him he needs to reinstall the bad intermediate cert and reboot apache. This will complete the certificate chain. then when a customer " non investor" goes to pharmaJ they will feel comfortable with there visit.
