My question is what was the great deal of getting the TTB OK for Goodrich if we still can't produce cigarettes? Is it even possible to get the TTB clearance and then get shut down by NAAG? What was the time frame expected for MSA OK for Goodrich compared to NASCO?

All in all, makes the announcement a few days ago about the TTB clearance seem pretty insignificant.

I know I am missing something, will be thankful to hear why it really was a great piece of news.
