Wrong, Steve. It was very clear that Primarq is to be placed in the shell.

I see that some have interpreted as if AFFW is going to remain a shell with nothing ever going into it

Remember this news of PRIMARQ to be generating $570,000,000 in Revenues with EBITDA of $190,000,000 over a 5 year time frame indicated below

PROJECTED to be generating. Big difference.

I am hearing that the valuation numbers above for PRIMARQ are very conservative

Can you offer the DD to support this statement? Or are these just more rumors?

I won't address the "valuation" you provide, as I've already discounted it in it's entirety. As well as the conversion values of the divy which I addressed in the sticky.
