Removing the chill will only allow Ameritrade to buy MYEC in addition to all the others. ScottsTrade will not trade MYEC because of fees & expenses, Scott's has been known in the past to discontinue other penny stocks that did not have a DTC Chill.
There are only 2 brokerages that I know of that can't buy MYEC, ST & TDA. If peeps want in they can open an account with any of the other dozen brokerages that trade MYEC freely.
