Having a gagged ta is really no surprise to me. There are many transfer agencies that have an across the board policy to not release share structure information, they simply refer you to investor relations for the information. If IR turns you away and never files, then you generally have problems. That being said, it is my hope that HIMR will release this updated information like they did last year.
