I would have to be an insider to answer the majority of your questions. My assertions would all simply be conjecture. I can only answer in what the public has been made aware on 99% of your questions.

As far as not going private that is easy, no need to go private in that NorthStar has preferred shares and owns the IP when they replaced prior lender. Going private is not needed now in that Wallstreet is flush with money and its always better to use others money. ( most IPO's in Biotech in the past 40 plus years, raising over $2.5 billion in 2013 and most IPO's since 2000) NVLX recently enjoyed the windfall of the free'd up capital and so many others. This could also be a reason for the lack of dilution and the increase in market valuation? Possibly nailing down financing with a lender?.



One thing for sure, the more this stock goes up and the more the science is validated it will frustrate many many many former shareholders.
