I haven't changed my belief a bit. As I never said they would NEVER get a license. I said they were NOT guaranteed one - as is pointed out in the numerous press releases I linked.

I believe this was set up as an orchestrated pump and dump with paid promoters and questionable shareholders. They just happened to switch their theme and jump onto the Marijuana bandwagon - something pretty typical in pinky land. They got lucky. and probably the reason the very same people turned another related nutrition pennystock into a marijuana play as well. Same players including over a BILLION shares to Capital Shield - who appears to be a Panamanian nominee account. A huge red flag.
