Nice post! The situation with GNCP is really quite simple, and you summed it up perfectly. Why blame non-existent shorts when the company's filings clearly document what has happened?

OS has gone from 500 million to 9.999 billion in about 5 months. Another round of conversions is due in May, right? That means the AS will have to go up, along with the OS (again). And yet, shorty will be blamed (again).

Why do people fall for that "shorty" explanation, when the truth is so clearly documented in filings? I wonder if the proponents of the "shorty" myth giggle as they post that stuff......?
