Jab, 631 was filed in 2009, 553 was filed in 2003, but does not in my opinion state about any use with methotrexate as the medicament. Unless the FDA has some special power over the USPO in regards to drug approval, then what I am seeing is Medac filed in 2007 and theirs mentions methotrexate by subcutaneous injection and mentions in the concentration range and mentions auto injector. I read their patent and it states all that. I think Antares is not in a very good position here. Somebody please prove me wrong here.
