Called the Scottrade national call center. The gentlemen told me that the NSCC has placed an "e-liquid" fee on this stock. Not sure why. He said Scottrade is imposing a no buy OR sell on this. The other guy told me I could sell. I'm not going to sell anytime soon but its a conflicting answer. What is the NSCC? Can someone post this to Facebook for Ed to see? I don't use FB.
