Such information was available many years prior to the submission of any the patents ('631, '553 and '231). Any one of ordinary skill in the art would have realized this."


Meaning, Medac does not have a claim to formulation of mtx in solution and their claim of Antares infringing on the 3 doses above 10mg is baseless.
