...agreed...............even priced as a highly-speculative option, with the limited supply, the stock should be priced higher than the highest pre-amy s/p, imo.............................

...fairly obvious we settled the suit at the APPEAL..........granted there are lots of what ifs, mysteries, unknowns, smoking guns, fred scott's psychological issues, ETC................but regardless, the odds are very high that there was a settlement and Claimant No: 8 will receive some amount of distribution................maybe not much, but a lot more than five pennies p/s...............................

...the whole HARVEY proposition is starting to make sense..........litigation proceeds are coming..................
