1 less than 1.
(MC10459). To answer the question I got about why this won't go back up off these prices like it did before (I only have 3 posts/day) history rarely repeats when it comes to stocks. Past performance is seldom a predictor of future performance.
In general, people hate reverse splits because they have less shares. Kinda weird, because they haven't lost any overall value, unless/until, the shorters work their sick magic and drop it down again to pre-split levels. See it happen a lot.
Was in a stock that did a 1:3,000 r/s, and the stock got shorted right back down and rarely trades more than 10 shares a day now. I am stuck.
1:20 doesn't seem so bad here and might allow for the log jam of 100's of millions of shares that sit on the bid/ask forever.
Might create more liquidity, and if the company has good intentions and something planned that could benefit shareholders, that would be great.
Most are looking for the exits for the above-mentioned reasons.
