...however, IF we entered into this quickie STIPULATION to accommodate the dropping of THE APPEAL, all that results is a cash or stock distribution that is awarded UWBKQ shareholders, now known only as Claimant No: 8........no NOL, no anything...................

...the FDIC wanted to stop any and all litigation.............so it rammed some wired-up deal down Guy's throat...............might even have agreed not to sue Guy...............for this STIP.........................

...only wild card is that the FDIC knew of some improprieties associated with the ILLEGAL SEIZURE.........and got Guy to stop the suit..........which it definitely did..........................
