Just an observation of mine that someone desperately wants a chunk of this CYGX pie without having to buy a huge stake directly. Enough to go to court a second time. Does this mean CYGX and the "pumpy" people (sorry old one) may have the real goods? In my opinion this desperation leads me to believe others beside the "pumpy" Rainbow Warriors seem to think CYGX does. Sorry Thal. Just telling it like I see it.
