Think Positive! IMO Too much work on this project has been completed on both sides of the fence. The State Authority has put forth considerable effort to make this project a reality. The State and Governor have this project up near the top of their favored projects. Project like this take time and sometimes take much longer than expected. IMO it will get done and we will be very happy to be stockholders.
