They were EXPECTING to do so based on something THEY have been waiting for.

from the e-mail :

"Mike and I expect to release news on Central early next week.

We have been waiting on certain consents and approvals regarding the registered trademark and domain we purchased for use by Central .... "

furthermore, he stated :

".... until we have significant news to report, we won't release any announcements ...... "


I would suggest to the doubters to relax and BUY while you can at this New Base level .
