You really need to go further back and see where it all went wrong. Leonhardt forced the Company onto the NASDAQ in the credit crisis. He put up I think $9m of his own money to make the IPO happen then they had TWO lenders back out on them soon after and that was all it took.

The Company is not a scam though, if it were I would be the 1st to say so. I drove to the lab/HQ in Sunrise and just walked in. People in Lab Coats, secretary and office people. small office like 3,000sqft. but it is a GMP compliant and has the certifications it declares. I have verified the centers of excellence as well acing like a concerned son for mom needing regmed. Besides, It would never have attracted Dr. Murphy and or other Directors. Do your DD, Mike Tomas brother is a Managing Partner of Burger King South America, Mr. Tomas is rich, rich like do not have to be a CEO of a broke Biotech rich because I closed a $1billion telecom deal early last decade.. Weird stuff you will find about BHRT, like a $500,000 CD backing a loan from Dan Mareno. No the Company had the wrong mgt when it IPO'd, then the credit crisis did its job. Dr. Murphy bought $3million in stock on the way down at $0.43 a share. Mike does not take a salary and the CSO makes a measly $120k a year. IMO if they simply had played the death spiral game that theBiotechs play they would be deep into the MSC phase 2/3 by now. But like you pointed out North Star replaced the debtor and North Star takes interest only in shares, so that tells me they/insiders are very protective and are not just going to hand the company to an Asher type or a JMJ like everyone else did/does. Is it pride? Yeah most likely. Dr.Murphy maybe 90 plus but you can see in the papers in SMiami he gets out and about. The creator of the plastic transfusion bags and modern developer/commercial of pace makers does not want BHRT to be a failure. Would not surprise me if the fella has BHRT in his LWT?
