It's sliding because the license-agreement is a sham.
The 'global licensing agreement' will turn out to be with a no-name LLC, associated with Ali and/or Carter. It most definitely wont be with a Google, Microsoft or other credible corporation.
The longer REVO maintains this ridiculous secrecy about the licensee the more the pps will slide. And the more obvious it is that the licensee is not a credible corporation.
REVO will issue another PR, to spike the pps, when their inside associates are ready to off-load some shares. They normally do it a few weeks before the Quarterly is due.
That PR will raise another false prospect. But it will not give any definitive information about the licensee, product launch, or legal action against infringements.
Hang on and wait for the next spike. Then cash in while you can.
