Optex Systems Holdings, Inc. (Optex Systems Holdings), incorporated on April 11, 2006, manufactures optical sighting systems and assemblies, primarily for department of defense applications. The Company’s products are installed on various types of United States military land vehicles, such as the Abrams and Bradley, and Stryker families of fighting vehicles, as well as light armored (LAV) and armored security (ASV) vehicles. Its also manufactures and delivers numerous periscope configurations, rifle and surveillance sights and night vision optical assemblies. The Company's products consist primarily of build-to-customer print products that are delivered both directly to the armed services and to other defense prime contractors.
The Company’s specific product lines include electronic sighting systems, mechanical sighting systems, laser protected glass periscopes and laser protected plastic periscopes. It also includes non-laser protected plastic periscopes, howitzer sighting systems, M36 Thermal Day/Night Periscopes, M17 Day/Thermal Periscopes, ship binoculars, and replacement optics.
