It says Vakser "resigned as "Chairman." Big deal. He "resigned as CEO" back on Dec 19th. Here are the facts:
Vakser remains as "director" so he hasn't left. He is the only officer/ director of record named in official filings with the Wyoming Secretary of State. And he also appears as director on OTC. Both sources have been updated as recently as late February. If he were gone the record would have been sanitized to reflect that. (Btw: Eddie's brother-in-law and co-defendant in various lawsuit --Scott Tassan-- is CFO so Eddie also has a stranglehold on where the money goes).
Vakser is BY FAR the largest shareholder of PRPM. He also owns the single "Super K Class" share which --by itself-- controls has a whopping 69% vote. The two combined mean that Edward/ Eddie Isko/Isaak/Ike Vakser still runs this company with an iron fist. The guy with the most shares can do anything.
The rest of the PR is classic Vakser B.S.
IMO invest at your peril.
