There are some pretty good barricades out there. I think the space between the 2 fences seems too close. If it was bigger you can have the space between the 2 fences go 2 feet deep and fill it with gravel. It will slow down fast moving objects substantially. it would go something like this. Fence 1 foot high cement wall, 3 feet gravel, 1 foot high cement wall, Fence. But the space between the 2 fences should be at least 20 feet. Which would also bee good enough space for a motion sensor system.
Im being very vague as to names of the systems because some of them are not mentioned to the general public.
