I have not paid to look into it. What I have done is pull up from the states SOS website all companies where he was either a registered agent or a manager. I have also pulled up from county tax appraiser website his history on numerous properties.

None of this struck me as out of the ordinary as he has history in dealing with Real Estate. In fact what was obvious was the sheer number of property deals he has been a part of and all I could glean from it was that he is a busy guy. If there are any bankruptcies in his past I'm not shaken or surprised by that either as anyone involved with the number of property deals that he has been involved with over the years would likely have at least one deal where the timing was not right. That is not uncommon.

I have not seen anywhere any personal bankruptcy cases.

IMO this is a moot point. There is no litigation against him and his character appears to be in very good standing amongst his associates and former affiliations. Some of us have had personal contact with the like.

Looks like a good guy.
