without filings nor charts at stockcharts, it will be hard to venture anything other than a wild assed guess. far as i know, the authorized is 3B, and the last reported outstanding was 38M. just as importantly, this has done very little volume in the last years. nothing much to speak of since a spike in 2010 when it ran from .001 to .006 thereabouts.

that said, the A/D for the time frame from 2010 shows a negative value of 800M which infers some serious dumping went down on that spike up. i wouldn't be surprised then if there was somewhere near to 1B shares here. good thing is that most of them were above .001 and given the amount of time that has elapsed, most of the large sellers might be gone.

anyways, i'm just speculating. i know as little, if not less than everyone else.
