I disagree. The PR communicated very significant information to those who have the capacity to understand it. I dont agree that the Company has to explain itself to a fourth grade level of intelligence. I do not care how many people don't know anything about immunology or immunotherapy - the real value of the Company does not change according to their ability to understand it. And, it is the actual, real value of the Company that is of interest to me. Not what the manipulated market says the value is on any one day, because some Fool writes an article about "dead cat bouncing." For those people who do not know how to even spell Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, the "dead cat bouncing" headline is persuasive because it is the only thing they can understand.
